Dispatch and Delivery Policy

Dispatch and Deliveries

While National AC Parts stock commonly replaced spare parts, orders placed may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

​

National AC Parts aim to initiate the dispatch of orders within two (2) business days from date of completed purchase. The delivery duration should be factored in separately from the dispatch time.

 

Orders placed and paid in full before 10am AEST Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will aim to be dispatched the same day. All other orders will aim to be dispatched the following business day. National AC Parts and daikinspareparts.com.au stock levels are directly influenced by the manufacturer' database and may fluctuate and therefore may impact dispatch. While we strive to update the inventory in real-time, there may be instances out of our control, where an item ordered is not in stock and on back order. In such cases, we will contact the Customer to seek further instructions. If the Customer chooses to cancel the order, the Customer shall have no claim against National AC Parts or the manufacturer for any damage, loss or expense whatsoever other than for the refund of any amount paid for the order.

 

Delivery dates represent only an estimation of the date of delivery of the order and are not binding on National AC Parts or the manufacturer. If National AC Parts or the manufacturer determines that it is or may be unable to deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, ten (10) business days of the order dispatched, the Customer may by written notice cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, the Customer shall have no claim against National AC Parts or the manufacturer for any damage, loss or expense whatsoever other than for the refund of any amount paid for the order.

If you experience challenges with the delivery of your order, such as non-arrival, damaged items, delivery to incorrect address, or items left in an unsafe location, please contact National AC Parts directly via email daikin@nationalacparts.com.au.

Delivery Locations

National AC Parts and the manufacturer offer nationwide deliveries for all products sold on daikinspareparts.com.au. All deliveries are fulfilled by third party operators including and not limited to Australia Post and StarTrack. 

 

Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box and therefore we strongly suggest using a secure delivery address to ensure safe receipt of your order. National AC Parts and/or the manufacturer cannot be held accountable for orders that are lost or stolen.

 

Delivery Charges

The shipping fee we charge for all orders placed on daikinspareparts.com.au depends on the total weight of your order. Each order placed will incur a separate shipping fee. All charges advertised include goods and services tax (GST).

5 - 10kg  $71.50

10kg +.   $121.00

Shipping fees and charges may change without notice. In the event of an increase in shipping fees, National AC Parts will honour the shipping fee on all orders left in the daikinspareparts.com.au shopping cart for a period of two (2) business days. National AC Parts will attempt to contact the Customer for payment in this timeframe. In the event payment has not been processed, the order in the actionspareparts.com.au shopping cart will be voided. 

 

Should you wish to combine or add additional items to your order please contact National AC Parts via email daikin@nationalacparts.com.au and we will attempt to combine and/or add additional items prior to dispatch. If successful, additional shipping fees may be incurred.
