Do you deliver anywhere in Australia? We do deliver anywhere in Australia where Australia Post delivers. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Who ships my order? We stock and will ship the commonly replaced spare parts. All other parts will be shipped direct from the manufacturer. This keeps our prices competitive because we don't need to hold a lot of stock.
Can I collect my order? Unfortunately, collection is not an online option.
How long does delivery take? Depending on your location, shipping can take 3- 5 business days from dispatch.

Returns and Warranties
What is the return policy? To summarise; - PCBs cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer. - Unopened items ordered in error will incur a 20% restocking fee. - Please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy for further information.
What warranty is provided? The manufacturer provides a 12 month warranty on all spare parts. Please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy for further information.

Are the parts sold genuine manufacturer spare parts? All parts sold are genuine manufacturer spare parts. No generic or refurbished products are sold in our web store.
How do I know the correct part I need? Always obtain advice from a qualified technician to diagnose and repair your air conditioning system.
What are my payment options? Payments are made online via credit card or debit card.
Do prices include GST? All prices advertised include goods and services tax (GST).
